Fawn Ridge has been annexed to
the city of Florence who supplies city services including sewer, and police
protection. Public water is available thru Heceta Water District. All the
streets have sidewalks and are gated. All utilities are underground
installations. The cost of sewer hookup is only $175.00 verses the normal hook
up fee of $3,400. Home owner dues are currently only $275.00 per year.
